Hi, I’m your coach,

Christine

I’ve spent the last decade helping people build strong, aesthetic and capable bodies.

You’ll find me somewhere on a dirt road with my best bud and retired Army dog Reno. Or perhaps chasing another sunrise in the mountains. Everything, even the small things are an adventure.

Formerly under the name Summa Fit, I coached hundreds of clients. From the FBI, U.S. Secret Service, CIA, current and former military, law enforcement (home of the K9 Handler Fitness Program), first responders, their families, and people like you and I, simply wanting something, more.

I fell in love with fitness through trail running and competitive figure bodybuilding. Along the way, I had the opportunity to learn from some of the best in the world, including Nicole Wilkins and Hattie Boydle. They taught me how persistent, intentional work can sculpt the human body like art. Life taught me it can shape far more than that.

My studies in Neuroscience, Biopsychology, and Cognitive Psychology deepened my understanding of the relationship between the body and the mind, but they also reinforced something: When looking to make a change in our life, or begin again… We’re often told we must heal from the inside out.

Sometimes that doesn’t work.

Sometimes we have to heal from the outside in.

We start with the body.

The mind will come.

This is how you will train.

These fitness programs increase your capacity, build strength, give you mobility… depend your discipline, but also—you’ll look good naked.

We accomplish this through structured training and sustainable habits. The body learns what it repeats. Show up. Do the work. Keep the promises you make to yourself. Over time, these repetitions become confidence, resilience, and the map to a stronger body, a more disciplined mind… for the better life.

If you’ve found me because you’re struggling right now — know this: your strength never disappeared.

It’s still there.

My job is to help you remember it—and give you the roadmap to put it into practice.

onward.

Retired Military Working Dog, Reno. This boy’s life was saved by Project K-9 Hero. He had a rough start, but his love for life teaches us life is simple; that at any moment, you can choose.
