Hi, I’m your coach,
Christine
I’m not who I was ten years ago, & perhaps that’s the point.
I fell in love with fitness through trail running & competing in bodybuilding (figure). I had the opportunity to work with some of the best in the world, including Nicole Wilkins & Hattie Boydle. It gave me a deep respect for the way persistent, directed effort can sculpt the human body.
Trail running has always been my reset. Moving for miles through nature, allows a path through the noise.
I spent years building Summa Fit, working with over 1,000 clients, many from the military, law enforcement, K9, & veteran communities. That work mattered deeply to me, & I’m proud of it.
And then it was time to evolve.
In university I studied Neuroscience, Biopsychology, & Cognitive Psychology. I’ve always been fascinated by the relationship between the mind & the body. They don’t operate separately, they follow each other. Once you understand that, everything about how you train, live & show up can shift. At any moment, we can choose.
I look at Reno, our retired military working dog, & I’m reminded how simple life actually is…but simple doesn’t mean easy. It means consistent alignment & focused discipline.
Life is art. Our body is the expression. Our mind the tool.
I’m here to help you build a body that’s capable, strong & you’re proud to live in.
Creating the visible signature of your invisible devotion.
I’m really glad you’re here.
