My strength, mobility and overall knowledge has grown exponentially. I owe all credit to her for the growth and gains that I have made over the past year. After enduring multiple injuries during my time in the Army, ending in a medical retirement, I have struggled to regain my competitive edge.

After a number of surgeries and an unexpected end to my Army career, I had a very difficult time both mentally and physically returning to strength. With this programming I am healthier and stronger now than I was 10 years ago. If you do your part, you will absolutely become faster, stronger and more resilient than you were before.

I cannot recommend this training and overall approach to wellness enough. If you are a veteran or first responder, these are the coaches and this is the community you’ve been looking for. 

First off, I greatly enjoyed the videos displaying proper form and expectations of each of the movements. I also greatly appreciated the warm ups, stretching and cool downs. I thought there was a good variety of strength training and cardio throughout as well as good focus on flexibility and mobility.

This is a program that EVERY K9 handler needs to be on. I felt like all workouts were suited to being a K9 Handler. Ive done plenty of programs but this one by far is the best from the simplicity of the app to the exercises being explained. I would recommend to anyone looking for a challenge to do this program.

Mentally and physically the program pushed me each day. I not only got stronger, faster and leaner. I also adapted healthy habits in my diet that will help me for many years. I am in better shape at 32 then I was at 18. I feel physically better and mentally I am more driven. Huge improvement from when I started.

I began the program having reocurring knee pain that I had grown used to. The focus on stability and lower body strengthening has shown me the importance of it. My knee pain is practically non existent now.

I always hated squats from hip pain perspective and had none on this program while increasing my squat over 60# from the beginning weeks.

This was my first experience working out this intensely for this long without any injury. You guys are extremely available for questions. You offer alternatives for essentially everything if something cannot be executed a certain way.
